If the average BYU Off-Campus Housing Contracted landlords were characterized in fairy tales, I think they'd look something like this. I had a good landlord once while I was in school. But, most of the time I was being taken advantage of by the cleaning check ladies and the crazy rantings of a crazy apartment owner.
